Score Deadline: April 6,  2012
Semis Finals: Can be played during the week of April 8 - April 14, 2012
Finals: Can be played during the week of April 15 - April 21, 2012.
Application Fee: $ 65.00 per team
If a player plays Singles and Doubles the Application Fee for Doubles is reduced to $ 55.00

ALL PLAYERS OF ALL FOUR 2011 SESSIONS WILL BE INVITED TO A PARTY AT THE BEGINNING OF 2012 HELD AT MT. TAM RACQUET CLUB IN LARKSPUR.

The winners of all divisions of all four sessions of 2011 will receive a free participation in one of the subsequent session in 2012.

 REFUNDS will not be made after the draws have been established and mailed.

WAIVER: By submitting this entry, we and our heirs, are hereby legally bound and do hereby waive and release MARIN OPEN TENNIS LEAGUE of any claims or damages sustained or suffered in connection with participation in this League. We are both physically fit to participate.
